Q: What are the typical construction projects?

A: Mostly fix and flip projects on which we fix old properties and sell at high prices. Occasionally, we build condo apartments or townhomes in major urban cities.     


Q: What's the timeframe for investment?

A: It takes around 4-6 months to complete a project. But investors have the freedom to choose to continue or finish their investment.


Q: Where are the constructions? 

A: Our projects are mostly in the City of Toronto. It sometimes takes place in other major cities inside the GTA. 


Q: How safe is this investment?

A: It's a high-risk, high-return type of investment. That being said, we put security against all properties (land and buildings) during all projects. 


Q: Why could investors get such a high return? 

A: The properties we purchase are often distressed or under-valued. We then spend time, labour and other resources to fix them. A miracle is another word for effort.
